    Easily the worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. Stay away from Jackie at all costs. Two weeks before our trip and we still have no tickets or boarding passes, after a promise they would be in our hands 30 days prior. Phone calls go unanswered, emails are not returned.

    I have been with Greg's office for a couple of years now and I will never deal with another office. The staff are amazing! Very knowledgeable and kind. They always get back to me very quickly if I have any questions about my policy. I recently had to change to commercial insurance and I was worried that I would have to change insurance companies. I called and spoke with Brittany and she told me she would find out and about 15 minutes later she called me back and told me that state farm would do it. She also had a few different rates to let me know how much everything would be. All in all I am extremely happy with State Farm and especially with Greg's office!
